Fuego Services. EWA Service: If you enroll for the EWA Services, you may request maximum
Draw Payments in the amount of up to 50% of your calculated earned wages (wages that you have earned from
your employment, but for which you have not yet been paid). Each payment will be considered a draw from your
available earned wages. The maximum draw amount will be the lesser of 50% of your calculated earned wages,
minus any potential fees, and may be subject to a cap per pay period as well as a minimum draw value. At
your direction, your Draw Payment will be sent to your bank account, which can be an account associated with
your debit card, prepaid card, or payroll card (each a "Payment Account") via an Automated
Clearing House (ACH) transaction or Original Credit Transaction (OCT). You may submit a request for a Draw
Payment using the Fuego Services only by using the Fuego App. Draw Payments made to you pursuant to your
draw requests will be made by Fourth and are not disbursements or wage payments from your employer.
As referenced herein, a "Draw Payment" is a payment made to you by Fourth as a component of
the EWA Services. Each Draw Payment will correspond to a portion of your calculated earned wages (wages that
you have earned from your employment, but for which you have not yet been paid).
TPO Service: If you enroll for the Tip Pay out service, you are choosing to receive a tip % amount
set by your employer. At your direction, your Tip Payment will be sent to your bank account, which can
be an account associated with your debit card, prepaid card, or payroll card (each a "Payment
Account") via an Automated Clearing House (ACH) transaction or Original Credit Transaction
(OCT). In order to receive Tip Payments, you will need to maintain an eligible Payment Account and you
will need to link your eligible Payment Account with your Fuego Account. Your Tip Payment will be issued
at a time or mechanism set by your Employer. As referenced in these Terms, a 'Tip
Payment' is a payment made to you by Fourth as a component of the TPO Services. Each Tip
Payment will correspond to a portion of your tips (tips that you have earned from your employment, but
for which you have not yet been paid).
Fuego Direct Deposit: If you enroll for the Fuego Direct Deposit service you are authorizing the
sharing of your Fuego Card account and routing number with your employer for the purpose of setting up
Direct Deposit to receive your pay from that employer.
